Cute 2 bedroom, 2 full bath house on a corner lot, is just a 1 minute cart ride to the back pool, playground, fishing pier and lagoon, or a 4 minute walk. This nicely furnished home has new laminate floors, updated bedrooms and an beautiful master walk in shower. Linens are provided for the queen beds in both bedrooms, as well as the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This house sleeps a total of 6 people, includes a Club Car golf cart, free Wi-Fi/cable and has a nice patio area on the side of the house in a quieter part of the park.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, preferably email. Reservation deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival. Early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund. No exceptions. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will still owe the entire amount of the rental as we have held this property for you. All reservations must be paid in full a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival date.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of $250 is required to hold any home and the remaining balance must be paid 2 full weeks (14 days) prior to the arrival date. A reservation may be held with Master Card, Visa, Discover, certified check, or cash.
