The master has a king size bed, the front bedroom has a queen bed, and the third room has bunk bed with a full below, twin above and trundle below. Linens are included with this unit (bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels), but you will need to provide towels for the pool and beach. Newly updated kitchen, flooring, appliances, bathrooms, TV's and windows. This spacious well-lit house has so much coastal character inside, and state park views out back. Enjoy the evening out back relaxing while the deer walk around and visit. There is an electric golf cart for a short two minute ride to the beach, cruise around the neighborhood, or go sit at the back of the resort and watch the lagoon. There are so many restaurants and family friendly activities that are just minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, preferably email. Reservation deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival. Early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund. No exceptions. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will still owe the entire amount of the rental as we have held this property for you. All reservations must be paid in full a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival date.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of $250 is required to hold any home and the remaining balance must be paid 2 full weeks (14 days) prior to the arrival date. A reservation may be held with Master Card, Visa, Discover, certified check, or cash.
