The park will send you a pre-registration link to pay the $75 fee the email will come from CampLife. An additional $75.00 fee will be charged if you bring a second vehicle. There is a limit of two cars per property, no exceptions.
Motorcycles - If you are arriving via motorcycle, you will still be required to pay a registration fee of $75.00 for the 1st motorcycle, an additional $75.00 for the 2nd or each additional motorcycle – additional motorcycles are $25.00.
Watercraft - If you bring a boat or personal watercraft (PWC) There are nightly fees, please refer to the Resort’s Policies for additional information or call their office (850-234-2247, extension 0) with any questions. Rental Guest watercraft fees from May 1st through the Wednesday before Labor Day weekend will be $250.00 per day. The Rental Guest watercraft fee for dates outside of May 1st thru the end of Labor Day weekend will be $100.00 per day. Boat Trailer parking is available $20.00 plus tax per day, but spaces are limited.

Yes there is, we do not rent to individuals under 25 years of age unless they are accompanied by a parent over the age of 25. A parent must be present at check-in and must remain on the property for the entire length of the stay until check-out.
Yes. The number of guests must not exceed 6 (six) including all children, and in some units the maximum occupancy is 4 (four) people. If you arrive with more than the allowed guests for your unit, you will no be permitted to check-in and forfeit your deposit and rentals fees. If during your stay it is discovered that you are over your occupancy limit, you will be asked to make other arrangements or leave the property forfeiting your deposit and rental fees.
No, pets are not allowed in any unit or RV lot.
The rentals have kitchen essentials such as dishware and utensils. You will also find that the rentals are stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap, but you will need to pick up additional supplies to get you through the remainder of your stay.

Beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, condiments, and spices. Sheets, pillow cases and bath towels are provided with your unit, but you will need bring or buy beach towels as our linens are to stay inside of the rental.
There is a trash compactor located at the back of the resort behind the maintenance building. Trash is no longer picked up at each unit. Please do not leave any trash in the unit, in the ground can, or on the street/porch/yard. All trash must be bagged and taken to the compactor.
No, Venture Out Resort does not allow non-registered golf carts to be brought into the resort. All carts must have to have a Venture Out registration sticker on the cart or they will be towed. Rental carts are not allowed enter the resort or park at the front beach access, they will be towed.
Only licensed drivers over the age of 16 may drive the golf cart. If a person is caught driving the golf cart who does not have a valid drivers license, then Venture Out Rentals PCB reserves the right to remove the use of the golf cart for your remaining stay.
All of our rental houses have internet access through their individual service providers. RV lot 255 Venture Blvd and 149 Marlin Dr provide Wi-Fi as part of the rental agreement.
We cannot guarantee internet connectivity or access due to service being provided by an outside third- party vendor. Restrictions placed on such internet services by/from computers, differing connectivity specifications, and additional factors may lead to interruption, failure, or unavailability of internet service. If you decide to access any internet content during your stay, you do so entirely at your own risk and you assume and are responsible for ensuring that any/all accessed material or content does not infringe on the laws governing, but not exhaustively covering, copyright, trademarks, pornography, or any other material which is slanderous, defamatory, or might cause offense in any other way. You further agree to be responsible for liability for breach of intellectual property laws or other claims made by or on behalf of any owner of online content. There is Wi-Fi access at the Venture Out office as well as the bottom floor of the clubhouse by the front pool. There is no password for the front office Wi-Fi.
The pools at Venture Out do not have a handicap lift for the pool. There are accessible ramps that allow access to both pools via wheelchair or walker.
The beach entrance has a handicap mobi mat that ends at the Tiki hut. Venture Out does have a beach wheelchair available to rent. $250 deposit is required (cash or check only; refundable) and is $25 + tax per day.
No, there is NOT a lifeguard on duty at either of the two pools in Venture Out. All children must have an adult supervising them at all times. Children who are not potty-trained are required to wear swim diapers in the pool. If a fecal incident occurs in either of the two pools, the person responsible is liable for any fees to sanitize the pool.
It is free to play shuffleboard and mini-golf and Venture Out will provide the equipment. There is a small rental fee for tennis/pickleball rackets and balls, basketballs, and cornhole. You can pick up the equipment at the guard shack at the gate. If you have your own equipment, there is no charge for the use of the amenities. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. – 8 a.m.

During season (May 1 – Labor Day Weekend) boats are $250 plus tax a day and boat parking is an additional $20 plus tax a day. So, $270 plus tax daily to have a boat in Venture Out during season. During off-season (any other dates) boats are $100 plus tax and boat parking is $20 plus tax a day. So, $120 plus tax daily in the off season.
Camping tents are not allowed for sleeping purposes. You are allowed to set up a shade canopy, a screened in canopy to avoid bugs, but you cannot have someone sleep in the canopy overnight.
We have instructed the Venture Out office to not allow anyone into the resort until after 2:00 p.m. on your arrival date. If you do get in early, please go to the resort office to get your parking pass and sign any additional paperwork. After you check-in, you park across the street at the beach pool and use the bathhouse located in the downstairs clubhouse to change for the beach or pool. As soon as your unit is ready, we will call or text you with check-in instructions. Please do not go to the unit until we let you know that it is ready. Our housekeepers must have access to the unit and golf cart, so you may not park at the unit, leave any personal items, or take the cart until we contact you.
If you arrive after the resort office has closed and you pre-registered, the guards will have your pass.
If you did not pre-register, they will issue a temporary pass for the night and you will need to go to the office the next morning to register. They request that you go between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Once you have your pass, you can go to the unit. If it is keyless, you should have your code. Otherwise, it will be unlocked and the key on the table or counter.
Late arrivals for RV lots may be required to park up front for the night. There is limited parking and it is on a first come first served basis. RVs are not allowed to go to the lot after 9:30 p.m. as quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. and they do not want anyone setting up after quiet hours.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, preferably email, but a text is excepted. The guest must notify Venture Out Rentals PCB of the guest’s request to cancel a reservation at least thirty (30) days or more before the scheduled check-in date. Reservation deposits are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, the remaining balance will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. Early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund, no exceptions. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you still owe the entire amount of the rental as we have held this property for you. All reservations must be paid in full two (2) weeks (14 days) before your arrival date.
Fire pits are allowed as long as they are in a metal body with a screen to cover to open flame and must be visually maintained and not left burning unattended.
