Properties that are available for monthly rates will be open for bookings starting November 1 to the end of February, with a minimum booking of 2 months.

There will be a cleaning fee added to the first month of your stay. When you check out at the end of your stay, we ask that you clean and put away any dishes and take all trash to the compactor at the back of the resort.
Payment
There is a $250.00 deposit required to reserve a unit. That deposit is applied to your rent and the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be in writing and received more than 30 days prior to your check in, you are responsible for all rents due. Should an emergency arise and you have to leave before your scheduled time, there will be no refund and you are still responsible for all months that you’ve committed to.
Phones and Internet Access
Most units do not have a phone and there is internet access at the front office free of charge.
