It is free to play shuffleboard and mini-golf and Venture Out will provide the equipment. There is a small rental fee for tennis/pickleball rackets and balls, basketballs, and cornhole. You can pick up the equipment at the guard shack at the gate. If you have your own equipment, there is no charge for the use of the amenities.  Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. – 8 a.m.

Here is the list of equipment rental fees:

Cornhole               $10 + tax per day
Tennis/Pickleball   $5 + tax per day (2 rackets & 1 ball)
Tennis Balls           $5 (purchase and keep the sleeve 3 balls)
Basketball             $5 + tax per day
