Large corner RV lot that measures 60ft by 35ft, with a large green space full of mature palm trees that is an additional 25ft by 50ft of space. The lot is close to the front of the park, an easy walk to the beach. Good for RV's 40ft or less.
This is an amazingly large corner RV lot at the intersection of Gulf Dr and Venture Blvd, very close to the front of the park. This huge corner lot has a concrete pad, concrete table and has a large green space that is full of mature palm trees. What a great place to tie up a hammock, kick back and relax on your vacation. It is a simple 3 minute walk to the beach. It has water and sewer hookups and 50/30/20 amp connections. There is a $75 vehicle registration that the park charges per vehicle, no more than two vehicles allowed, and they need to be parked on the lot. NOTE: This lot does not include a golf cart at this rate, we are discussing it with the owner, and if they add a cart, we will adjust the rate accordingly with notification.
If you cook using an oil fryer, please do not dump the oil on the RV site, kindly place it in a baggie and take it to the dumpster in the back. This is the same with charcoal grills.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, preferably email. Reservation deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival. Early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund. No exceptions. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will still owe the entire amount of the rental as we have held this property for you. All reservations must be paid in full a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival date.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of $250 is required to hold any home and the remaining balance must be paid 2 full weeks (14 days) prior to the arrival date. A reservation may be held with Master Card, Visa, Discover, certified check, or cash.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
