Welcome to our amazing RV Lot 255 located in Venture Out. This is a prime location, only a few lots down from the community bath house that also has washers and dryers. Golf cart included, along a picnic table and umbrella.
We have built our 35' x 60' RV lot to handle larger RV's and still have room for you to open your slide outs, park your vehicle and enjoy the outdoor space. It's a prime location with full hookups (50/30/20 amp breakers), high speed WIFI, a nice Yamaha golf cart, a picnic table with umbrella, and easy access to everything.
Note: There is a $75 vehicle registration that the park charges per vehicle, no more than two vehicles allowed, and at least one vehicle must be parked in the driveway. Thank you
If you cook using an oil fryer, please do not dump the oil on the RV site, kindly place it in a baggie and take it to the dumpster in the back. This is the same with charcoal grills.
