The lot is accessible from a cross street making it easy to back in your RV. The lot has full hook ups, has 50/30/20 amp connections and comes with a newer lithium powered golf cart for use on the Venture Out property. We also manage 455 Marlin, which is located right behind the RV lot in the event someone wanted to rent a house and an RV lot or two.
Note: There is a $75 vehicle registration that the park charges per vehicle, no more than two vehicles allowed, and at least one vehicle must be parked in the driveway. Thank you

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for all cancelled reservations. Reservation deposits (minus the cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is received within 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within 14 (fourteen) days of arrival, you will lose your entire deposit. If cancel your reservation 7 (seven) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will still owe the entire amount of the rental as we have held this property for you. Early departure or weather related departures do not warrant a refund. Venture Out Rentals PCB does not refund deposits or refund days unused for early departure due to inclement weather.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of $250 is required within 24 hrs. to hold any home or RV lot and the remaining balance must be paid 2 full weeks (14 days) prior to the arrival date. A reservation may be held with Master Card, Visa, Discover, certified check, or cash.
