The lot has full hook ups, has 50/30/20 amp connections and comes with a newer lithium powered golf cart for use on the Venture Out property. We also manage 455 Marlin, which is located right behind the RV lot in the event someone wanted to rent a house and an RV lot or two.
Note: There is a $75 vehicle registration that the park charges per vehicle, no more than two vehicles allowed, and at least one vehicle must be parked in the driveway. Thank you
