This desirable RV lot is 60ft by 35ft and faces directly across from a cross road, making it easy to back in, and nobody directly across from your lot. The lot does have a small shed on the back of the lot, so safe to say you should be able to fit a 40ft RV on the lot with no issues and parking on the side for a vehicle. The lot also includes a golf cart, a picnic table and high speed WIFI, only a handful of RV lots include WIFI. There are 50/30/20 amp connections, water and sewer connections on the back right corner of the lot. We also manage the RV lot next door, so it is easy for two families to book both lots side by side and enjoy their vacation together. The lot is only steps away to the bathhouse, which also contains new digital washers and dryers. Please note that parking on Venture Blvd is not allowed, so please make sure when traveling, that all vehicles are parked on the RV lot or in any available overflow parking.

If you cook using an oil fryer, please do not dump the oil on the RV site, kindly place it in a baggie and take it to the dumpster in the back. This is the same with charcoal grills.
