Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage located on a large lot with plenty of outdoor space for entertaining and includes two beach chairs. The master has a queen size bed and is also connected to the outdoor screened in porch. There is a queen bed in the back bedroom and two queens in the bunk room (the top bunks are utilized by the owner only). This charming coastal cottage has linens included (bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels), washer/dryer, dishwasher, golf cart, WIFI and basic cable are included. Large breakfast bar area, vaulted ceilings in the living area, a gaming table for board games, cards, dominoes...etc. Enjoy the evening on the front porch swing and chat with others as they cruise by, or enjoy the large entertaining area outback. You can take the electric golf cart for a short two minute ride to the beach, cruise around the neighborhood, or go sit at the back of the resort and watch the lagoon. There are also many restaurants and family friendly activities that are just minutes away.

With 735 houses in Venture Out and no parking allowed on the main blvd, parking can become an issue during the busy months. Venture Out has started a new parking rule that they are enforcing. You must park a vehicle in the drive before parking one in front of the house. If you can fit one vehicle and the golf cart in the drive, that is ideal. If you have to leave for several hours, please move the vehicle that is parked in the street into the driveway. They will tow your vehicle if you do not comply, so please for the sake of enjoying your vacation, let try to follow their rules. It is preferred that you only bring one vehicle, but we all know that not everyone can come down at the same time. Please let us know if you have any questions concerning this. Thank you
