Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath coastal cottage that adjoins St. Andrews St. Park. The master has a king size bed, the front bedroom has a queen bed, and the third room has bunk bed with a full below, twin above and trundle below. Linens are included with this unit (bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels), but you will need to provide towels for the pool and beach. Newly updated kitchen, flooring, appliances, bathrooms, TV's and windows. This spacious well-lit house has so much coastal character inside, and state park views out back. Enjoy the evening out back relaxing while the deer walk around and visit. There is an electric golf cart for a short two minute ride to the beach, cruise around the neighborhood, or go sit at the back of the resort and watch the lagoon. There are so many restaurants and family friendly activities that are just minutes away.
Note: There is a $75 vehicle registration that the park charges per vehicle, no more than two vehicles allowed, and at least one vehicle must be parked in the driveway. Thank you
With 735 houses in Venture Out and no parking allowed on the main blvd, parking can become an issue during the busy months. Venture Out has started a new parking rule that they are enforcing. You must park a vehicle in the drive before parking one in front of the house. If you can fit one vehicle and the golf cart in the drive, that is ideal. If you have to leave for several hours, please move the vehicle that is parked in the street into the driveway. They will tow your vehicle if you do not comply, so please for the sake of enjoying your vacation, let try to follow their rules. It is preferred that you only bring one vehicle, but we all know that not everyone can come down at the same time. Please let us know if you have any questions concerning this. Thank you
